Eclipse was formed in response to a growing market demand for security organisations that could provide a tailored and measured response to unorthodox threats within the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical sector. Eclipse has rapidly established its position as the leading provider of on- shore drilling site security and logistical support services, and has grown to include other extractive and commercial sectors.
About our Staff
All Eclipse staff hold a UK Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licence and are selected based upon their extensive skills, depth of knowledge, broad experience, as well as a positive ‘can do’ attitude. Our operative’s backgrounds are broad and varied and include former members of the Police, Military, Intelligence Services and UK Special Forces; all of our personnel are experts in their chosen fields.
Eclipse exceeds the requirements of the British Standard BS 7858:2012 Code of Practice for ‘Security Screening for individuals employed in a security environment’.
We understand that each client is unique with their own security and risk requirements. Eclipse works closely with management and staff to design, implement and develop a bespoke, company-specific security and risk management strategy.
At the core of Eclipse’s service provision is the gaining of a detailed understanding of the client’s business objectives and the security threats with potential to impact those objectives. Eclipse works very closely with our clients project staff, in a process that provides continuous monitoring of ‘the threat horizon’. This process ensures that all possible measures are taken to minimise any security impacts to the project, in the most cost effective manner, whilst keeping the client fully informed. Eclipse prioritises providing a cost effective ‘business enabling’ service to our clients.
